Free, Student-Run Clinics

ALAS partners with the Georgia Volunteer Health Care Program to provide free clinics to eligible persons. Patients must be uninsured and have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level in order to receive services.

Our clinics are staffed by board-certified physicians. All our clinics contribute to health care education by utilizing medical, physician assistant, and nursing student volunteers from Augusta University's Medical College of Georgia and College of Allied Health Sciences. Our clinic coordinators are medical and physician assistant students who are committed to practicing as patient-centered, compassionate health care providers. 

Clínica Latina is held the first and third Wednesday of each month starting at 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Pediatric Clinic is held along side Clínica Latina on the first Wednesday of each month. Appointments are not necessary, but you may call (706) 940-2527 to schedule an appointment.

Clínica Latina is a free clinic for anyone who does not have health insurance and whose income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Pediatric Clinic

The free Pediatric Clinic is held the first Wednesday of each month. Our board-certified pediatricians serve uninsured children from households at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
